Michael DePrez – CEO
Mike has had a very successful career which is comprised of his 20 years with Zerox and his 7 years with Sybron Dental Specialties. Mike’s specialty lies in his organizational, efficiency, and streamlining capabilities. Mike worked as the Chief Information Officer for Sybron overseeing and managing major acquisitions of manufacturing plants and distribution centers as well as mergers with other companies. Mike has stepped into our CEO position to analyze our performance matrices and each of our properties portfolios to identify any cost saving, and growth potential, we can provide to our clients.

Jeffrey DePrez – President
Jeff has been working in the property management field for over 20 years. Jeff started as an on-site property manager in Long Beach and moved his way up to the Vice President position of Heyming and Johnson Property Management. Jeff is a certified California Realtor and California certified residential manager (CCRM) and Jeff has his B.A. in Criminal Justice. Jeff’s military and police background, partnered with professional experience, has equipped him with the tools necessary to effectively run and govern DePrez and Son with a comprehensive understanding of the interests of our owners and tenants alike.

Amy DePrez – CFO
Before working at DePrez and Son, Amy led an impressive career as a senior accountant for GPG property management where she was CFO as well as 25 years of experience in working in the accounting and financial industry.

Serving as the Chief Financial Officer at DePrez and Son, Amy oversees all office relations. Amy deals directly with all owners and oversees our single-family home portfolio. Through her commitment to this role she ensures that all financial decisions made are in our clients best interest.

Ruth Bridge – Broker

Claudia Flores – Regional Supervisor
With over fifteen years of property management experience, Claudia has played a pivotal role at DePrez and Son. As a regional supervisor Claudia manages the DePrez and Son multi family portfolio which is comprised of 15+ multi family buildings that span from San Bernardino to Hemet. 

Jeremiah Flores – Regional Supervisor/Info Tech
Serving as a Regional Supervisor at DePrez and Son, Jeremiah takes on several responsibilities, such as managing several Multi-Family properties, overseeing all HR related issues, and handling any company IT issues. Jeremiah also manages in-house maintenance labor resources, vendor relationships, and maintenance supplies. 

Edith Beebe – House Coordinator/Rental Secretary
As a rental secretary and house coordinator Edie responsibilities include pre-screening all applications for house rental. As part of this process she reviews credit, prior evictions, employment verification, and employment history. Edie also processes all section 8 requests and corresponds with case workers in regards to tenant relations, unit inspections, and rent increases.

Diana Ortiz – Realtor
Diana fields all incoming calls. She obtained her Real Estate License in the state of California in 2019 and she uses her education and expertise to aid in selling single family homes when owners decide it is time to sell their property. Diana assists with scheduling services for our single family home portfolio and conducts viewings of our vacant single family homes.  

Donna Ishii – Bookkeeper
Donna is in charge of accounts regarding owners and vendors. She process invoices, tenant move ins and move outs, and answers any expense or income questions from owners.

Bianca Cornejo - Receptionist 
Bianca is the newest addition to DePrez and Son staff.  Bianca fields all incoming calls. She has an acute understanding of everyone’s position in the company and relays all information accordingly. She is also bi-lingual and acts as an in house Spanish translator when needed
